7/28/12 MEET JOEY. Joey at 6/12 months of age has had a rough start. He came to our program from the county shelter. He was hit by a car and abandoned. Joey underwent surgery on his front leg with the hopes of saving it. Over 6 weeks with surgery/pins/splints/casts sadly he lost the battle. Joey is now recovering and is rearing to get on with his life. Joey is active and the typical Jack Russell terrier looking for lots to do. Could you be the family Joey is waiting to call his own. He doesn't know he's a three legged dog and doesn't want to be treated as such. Joey will be looking for his new family soon. Joey's vet bills are substantial.
