Caring People Home Care Company with 7 offices nationwide is hiring a (DON) Director of Nursing for the Delray Beach Florida office.
Candidate must have @ least 2-3 yrs experience as a clinician, Masters/ BS preferred.
We are looking for a seasoned RN / DON with home care exp and knowledge of Medicare / Medicade / OASIS / Manager Care. Willing to supervise staff as well as go out visits.

Job Summary:
The Director of Nursing / DON supervises our home health care services that are delivered to patients in the comfort of their home in accordance with physician orders and a plan of treatment/care. Services are delivered by nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides. The Director of Nursing / DON develops and implements standards, procedures and processes for delivering care that is safe, therapeutically effective, meets budgeted productivity goals and complies with all regulations. The Director of Nursing / DON is responsible for adequate clinical utilization to meet current and future demand for services. This individual oversees quality management and performance improvement programs. The Director of Nursing / DON is crucial to successful care coordination among our own services and that of the patients' other providers.
Requirements:
2+ years in a clinical leadership role at a Medicare-certified home health care agency.
Extensive experience with Medicare home health regulations.
Active and clear RN license.
Experience coordinating care from multiple disciplines.
