Are you an experienced front-desk receptionist seeking to help others while earning a good living, learning new skills and getting out on time ?
Progressive, efficient, kind-hearted people have made a happy medical office in Boca Raton where we provide comprehensive primary care.
Responsibilities include:
check-in,
check-out,
answering phones (4 lines),
scheduling and confirming appointments,
faxing and scanning documents,
taking messages and forwarding to medical assistant or physician,
medical records maintenance,
other tasks as determined by office manager and/or physician.
Experience with Availity for insurance verification and E-Clinicalworks for EMR preferred.
The day goes by quickly as we help our young, middle aged and senior patients achieve optimal health, Monday to Friday, 8:30-5 pm.
