We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our growing team of nursing professionals! Telemetry RNs will provide direct patient care effectively and efficiently to patients that require the utilization of sophisticated medical equipment to monitor the vital signs of patients who may have life threatening conditions. Telemetry RNs have the ability to perform all nursing duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act while adhering to all facility policies and procedures. Tele Nurses provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other healthcare professionals for all telemetry patients. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated PCU/Step-down RN to join our Progressive Care Unit! Progressive care patients are moderately stable with less complexity, require moderate resources and require intermittent nursing vigilance or are stable with a high potential for becoming unstable and require an increased intensity of care. Characteristics of progressive care patients include: a decreased risk of a life threatening event, a decreased need for invasive monitoring, increased stability and an increased ability to participate in their care.
