We are currently hiring a Personal Injury Law Firm/Broker Liaison to join our team. The Personal Injury Law Firm/Broker Liaison position is multi:faceted role involving phone work, being a liaison for existing broker relationships and facilitating the processing of a high monthly volume of broker transactions. Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating strong communication and follow up skills will assist with the document collection and underwriting and funding processes. Role and ResponsibilitiesManaging and maintaining relationships with existing broker accounts and interfacing with attorneys and law firms that are associated with broker transaction flow.Requires review and tracking of submissions to evaluate outstanding documents, information and funding requirements.Act at liaison between external and internal relationships to streamline the submission to funding process.Involves routine communication and relationship building with attorneys, law firms, claimants and internal peers. QualificationsStrong relationship management experience; successful sales experience a plus.Phone sales and/or customer relationship experience.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Education and Skill RequirementsCollege Degree preferred.Legal Background/Experience, a plus.Proficiency in standard office programs such as Microsoft Office, etc.
